Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Full Refund Eligibility: Guests are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their reservation at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time.
- Non-Refundable Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time are not eligible for a refund.
How to Cancel
- Direct Booking: If you booked directly through our website, please contact our reservations team at below given contact details, or you can visit our contact us page.
- Third-Party Booking: If your reservation was made through a third-party booking site, please contact the respective platform to initiate the cancellation process. The third-party’s cancellation policy may apply.
Refund Process
- Processing Time: Once a cancellation request is received and confirmed within the eligible period, we will process your refund immediately. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
- Payment Method: Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original transaction. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.

- Group Bookings: For group bookings or special events, different cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to your booking confirmation or contact our reservations team for more details.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or other situations beyond our control, we may make exceptions to our cancellation policy. Each case will be evaluated individually.
